Wedding Day Experience

πŸ“Œ What to expect from our team on your big day.

Q: How early will you arrive?

A: We typically arrive 1-2 hours before the scheduled start time to set up and capture pre-wedding moments, including getting ready shots and venue details. Our arrival time depends on: βœ” The coverage package selected. βœ” The wedding day schedule and timeline. βœ” Any additional pre-wedding shots requested. βœ” Whether a first look session or bridal party portraits are planned.

For full-day weddings, we ensure we are present before key moments begin so that nothing is missed. We will discuss the exact arrival time during the final consultation before your wedding.

Q: Do we need to provide meals for your team?

A: Yes. For any wedding coverage exceeding 6 hours, we kindly request that meals and refreshments be provided for our team. This ensures that they remain energized and focused throughout the event. βœ” If catering provides vendor meals, we will eat during a non-crucial part of the reception to ensure continuous coverage. βœ” If a meal is not provided, team members may need to step out briefly for a break, which could impact coverage. βœ” We appreciate seating in a nearby or designated vendor area to stay close to the action while taking a break.

Please let us know in advance if vendor meals will be arranged so we can plan accordingly.

Q: Do you work with wedding planners?

A: Absolutely! We love working with wedding planners, coordinators, and event designers to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for you. βœ” We coordinate with planners before the wedding day to align on schedules, shot lists, and venue logistics. βœ” On the wedding day, we maintain communication with planners to ensure we capture all key moments without disruption. βœ” If you do not have a planner, we will work with you directly to structure a timeline that allows for optimal photo and video coverage.

If you have a planner, please introduce us early in the planning process so we can collaborate effectively!

Q: What if the weather is bad?

A: We always have a backup plan! Weddings can be unpredictable, and we are fully prepared to adapt. βœ” For outdoor weddings, we recommend having a tent, covered area, or indoor backup in case of rain. βœ” We bring weatherproof gear and protective equipment to ensure we can continue capturing moments in light rain or unexpected conditions. βœ” If extreme weather (heavy rain, snowstorms, etc.) impacts an outdoor shoot, we can adjust the timeline or reschedule an additional session if necessary. βœ” Indoor venues typically provide great lighting, and we are experts at making any space look beautiful regardless of weather conditions.

We encourage couples to discuss weather backup plans with their venue and inform us in advance of any contingencies.
