Q: How far in advance should we book?
A: We recommend booking 6-12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding seasons (May to October). However, we may have last-minute availability, so donβt hesitate to reach out!
Q: What is required to book our wedding date?
A: To secure your wedding date, we require: β A signed contract to confirm all terms and conditions. β A 30% non-refundable deposit to hold your date. β Final balance payment at least 14 days before the wedding.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept: β Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) β E-Transfer β Bank Transfers
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: Yes! We offer flexible payment plans to help couples manage their budgets. Let us know if you need a customized plan.
Q: What happens if we need to reschedule?
A: We understand that wedding plans can change. Our rescheduling policy: β One free reschedule if requested at least 60 days in advance. β Additional reschedules may incur a $150 administrative fee. β If a new date is unavailable, we will discuss alternative solutions.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Our cancellation policy: β Deposits are non-refundable. β Cancellations made more than 60 days before the wedding wonβt require further payment. β Cancellations made within 30 days of the wedding require full payment. β In case Wedlock Films cancels, we offer a full refund or a replacement team.
